Full-lifecycle delivery

One partner, from first concept to running facility.

OneCompute coordinates consulting, design, construction, technology integration, commissioning, and operations across qualified partners, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria defined for each project.

Consult

Conception, detail, and IFC design, plus long-lead equipment procurement.

Design

MEP consulting, design validation, and BIM / CFD modelling.

Build

Integrated civil, MEP, and computing construction of the data hall.

Operate

BMS / DCIM platform, performance management, and energy-saving PUE uplift.

Engineered for what's next

Built past the limits of a legacy facility.

Legacy facilities top out at 8–10 kW per rack and were never designed for sustained accelerated draw. A OneCompute facility is built to a different standard — high-density racks, advanced cooling, a low target PUE, and flexible capacity expansion, so the building keeps pace as workloads scale.

Rack density

Legacy tops out at 8–10 kW per rack. A OneCompute facility runs up to 35 kW air-cooled — and up to 132 kW with liquid cooling.

Target PUE

Where legacy sits near 1.4, ours runs below 1.2 — with liquid cooling and free-water-cooling units.

Architecture

Not a fixed, oversized footprint — modular and built for flexible, on-demand expansion.

Certification

Designed to Uptime Tier III, LEED Gold, and GBI Silver.
